&lt;p&gt;Returns and Exchanges&lt;br /&gt;
We accept returns or exchanges for up to 2 weeks after items are received. &lt;br /&gt;
However, for the holiday season, all orders placed during the month of December can be returned up until January 8th.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We do not accept returns or exchanges on any customized items.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To make a return or exchange, please contact customer service, and they will issue a return tag for insured shipping.  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.  In the case of a return, your card will be credited in full, minus the cost of return shipping.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Repairs&lt;br /&gt;
We will make reasonable repairs on items for up to 1 year after date of purchase.  Giles &amp;amp; Brother reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs.&lt;br /&gt;
To request a repair, please contact customer service, and they will issue you a repair number and return tag for insured shipping.  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.&lt;/p&gt;</body-html>
